Under the development of curatorial research proposal From here and on the other side. Visitations between body, landscape, spirituality and politics, conducted lectures and workshops in the cities of Bucaramanga, Cucuta and San Cristobal, Venezuela.

The invited speakers were the architect and Museologist Nydia Gutierrez, the philosopher Martin Camargo, Historian Luis Rubén Pérez, José Horacio Semiologist Rosales, the two curators of the project, teachers and Eduard Tolosa Germain Velasco.

Nydia Gutierrez (Venezuela) is Architect and Museologist. Master of Museum Studies at the Center for Museum Studies John F. Kennedy University San Francisco, California, Specialist in Restoration of Monuments of Madrid Institute of Hispanic Culture, advanced studies in architecture at the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and Universidad Central de Venezuela. He works as a university professor, curator and researcher and also is the guardian of the conservatorship. His talk is entitled "Research alternative. Martin Camargo (Colombia) Summa Cum Laude's Philosopher Industrial University of Santander, and obtained a degree in Semiotics at the same institution. His research project was titled "The problem of indiscernible to the work of art as a semiotic representation." He serves as professor of the School of Philosophy, UIS professor of Philosophy and Ethics of art art in the Fine Arts program UIS. His talk is titled: If you were a collector of art, what landscape would you choose?, And it aims to link the political landscape with the look and explore the possibility of a political perspective from the notion of environment.

Luis Rubén Pérez Pinzon (Colombia) is Historian of the Universidad Industrial de Santander. He received his BA degree with Summa Cum Laude, for his project "Thinking about death, fears and imagination in the province of Girona, eighteenth century." It also is Masters in Political History and Globalization, in this same university and obtained his degree with the thesis "Regenerate death: health policy in the sovereign state of Santander." She teaches at a rural school Piedecuesta, university professor, researcher and project consultant History degree. His talk is entitled "From the other side here. Cultural determinism in the construction of identities regional Colombian-Venezuelan Andes "and it deals with an analysis of the body, landscape, spirituality and politics from the national and international situation of the bicentennial of the Independence in Latin America. José Horacio Rosales (Venezuela) is semiologist, doctor of sciences of language at the University of Limoges, France, master's degree in semiotics of cultural interactions of the same university and semiological studies master's degree in Industrial University of Santander. Also specializes in teaching undergraduate and graduate education (Castilian and literature) of the Universidad de los Andes de Venezuela. He is currently Dean of the Faculty of Humanities of the UIS. His lecture is entitled "Body, art and meaning" and it addresses the relationship between body and meaning from the semiotic perspective, as well as some general principles of this approach in the production and perception of art. Germain Toloza (Colombia) is artist of the National University of Colombia and master of the Chelsea College of Art in London, England. Is a professor and coordinator of the Fine Arts Program at the University Industrial de Santander and Senghor curator of the Gallery of Alliance Francaise de Bucaramanga. He works as an artist and his talk will investigador.En inquiry about the roads that follow the creative process in contemporary art, articulated from the body, landscape, spirituality and politics, and made a theoretical-practical workshop on the nature of the tools used by artists to take on the problems of contemporary art. Velasco (Colombia) is Master of Arts Magna Cum Laude from the Universidad de los Andes in Bogota and Bachelor of Education at the University of La Salle. He serves as professor in the Program of Fine Arts at UIS. In his chat show titled "From here and on the other side" invites us to question and reflect on the place the body occupies in our human and artistic experience, and what is the place to the other's body occupies this same experience.
